JUNIOR RECRUITER - FULL TIME -  AYLESBURY, BUCKS

What's involved?

Candidate Management:

  • Calling newly registered candidates and job applicants
  • Screening candidates to establish their requirements (salary, location, role etc) and provide report of general calibre and potential suitability.
  • Searching against client job requirements to identify and contact suitable candidates using full 'toolkit' of resourcing techniques – database, job board, head-hunt etc
  • Provide information to candidates on clients and job details
  • Manage candidates (together with consultant) through each stage of the recruitment process
  • Providing candidates with timely and accurate information – interview details, job information, client feedback etc
  • Candidate tracking – keep in regular contact with best candidates to build long-term sustainable relationships
  • Candidate accessibility – build systems/list of easy to access, categorised 'top candidates' using excel/outlook
  • Conduct regular face-to-face candidate screening interviews
  • Write and Place advertisements for printed and web media

Other:

  • Update main database through addition of notes following updates from candidates; creating shortlists; logging of interviews/feedback/offers/starters
  • Meeting activity and £GP targets set with Divisional Business Manager
  • Tracking own activity using weekly activity (WAR) template provided
  • Any other duties as required
